Kettlebell Snatch Tips

Snatch Tips Pt. 1 💥

The snatch is a vertical pull movement that requires lots of power.

The weight must go up and down, close to the body versus away.

If the bell is too far from your body, it will result in a bang on the wrist.

You want to bend your wrist first (flick of the wrist) and then your elbow (do not "straight arm it").

When the bell drops down, only start hinging when it’s next to your groins.

I hope this helps ❤️

Happy Friday!
