This is how fitness changed my life… 🥹🙏
I started working out when I was 198 lbs, and I was struggling with drinking problems, a left knee pain that took me to the doctor, so I decided it was time to make a change.
Being overweight & overall the party girl was leading me to a death sentence. It was getting me depressed and feeling helpless. 🥺
Fitness has helped me lose over 40 lbs and go sober. Because I struggled with poor self-esteem for so long, I needed something that could help me change my body and also upgrade my mindset. 😱
It was hard at first; I was doing 1200 calorie diets and cycles of dry months but would end up binge drinking again, and although the results were good, I didn’t REALLY start making changes until I became consistent with my training/nutrition and stopped drinking for good. 🥳
So I decided to become an online trainer because of my own journey and leading a healthier lifestyle which fuels me to help so many women/men completely change their lives. 📱✅⚡️💪
